Responsible for representing their specific area(s) of responsibility by identifying needs, initiating action and leading the process for resolving issues.Accountabilities:• Ensure customer needs are met by maintaining accurate systems, products and processes.• Provides leadership related to resolving escalated issues and project implementation that support the business needs.• Participate in projects and business initiatives as Subject Matter Expert.• Implement and monitor measurements of issues, i.e. SLAs, lessons learned, etc.• Troubleshoot problems as necessary, help identify root cause and determine appropriate course of action.• Identify impact to our customers as well as the business and determine level of escalation and support required.• Participate in IMS and immediate action conference calls• Keep leadership apprised regarding actions taken and responses to immediate action issues.Participate in the Release process including:• Coordinating UAT (user acceptance testing) and site verification for software installs• Gathering testing requirements, coordinating testing, assembling resources• Engaging Training to communicate release content to the respective business unit•**Responsible for being on-call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for IMS related issues.***Required:• Bachelors or equivalent in field experience PLUS 8 years experience in titled job experience.• Prior experience utilizing Windows, Lotus Notes, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Strong leadership skills• Superior verbal and written communication skills• Excellent problem solving ability• Strong analytical skills and able to think in terms of a larger process vs. specific function• Ability to learn quickly and apply past experiences• Strong computer aptitudePreferred:• Deluxe specific experience highly•* Please visit our Facebook and Blog to ask questions, get updates, and to better understand our culture.http://www.deluxetalentcommunity.comhttp://www.facebook.com/deluxecareersPre-Employment Screening Drug screen and background check required.
