You will lead a team of Customer Care Specialists that provide telephone support to new and existing clients. Key responsibilities Plans, organizes, leads, controls and coordinates the day-to-day activities of non-exempt associates, as well as, maintains records related to associates' performance, attendance, schedule and compliance Effectively communicates approved policies, procedures and service standards to associates Hires, develops, and evaluates inbound and outbound call center associates Proven ability to coordinate the call center productivity and performance of inbound and outbound associates Assist callers with escalated service issues or complicated situations Experience with a dialer is preferred To be successful in this role, you must be self motivated, highly energetic, have a passion for service, have a passion for sales, possess excellent communication skills and be committed to providing service.
