Details: Position Overview:Seeking a Business Process Manager Application Developer to join an established business-side BPM implementation team chartered to drive improvements across a portfolio of cross functional, customer facing business processes. This role assumes primary responsibility for the architecture, design and development of business processes in automation and actively engages IT-side resources in support of this responsibility. Position Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manages a 2 month BPMS release cycle supporting the implementation of new business processes in automation and the continuous improvement of business processes previously committed to automation Translates business requirements into business process design optimized for automation Designs and implements BPMS components (e.g. scripts, procedures, forms and form segments) with specific attention to design for reuse Configures and maintains the BPMS Component Library to support rapid build of BPM applications from reusable BPMS components Communicates and coordinates the translation of business requirements to technical (UI and integration) specifications Communicates and coordinates the translation of business requirements to user experience and user acceptance testing Designs and executes methods for mining, aggregating and reporting business process performance data Contributes to the creation of BPMS application architecture, design, development and deployment standards and methodologies for internal (intra-team) consumption Other duties as may be assigned.
