Experis IT National CORE Recruiter •******************************************************* BA/Systems Support consultant CLIENT: Citi Group LOCATION: Tampa FL LENGTH: 6 + month contract (with extensions) PAY: Depends on experience, all inclusive on W2 Must be eligible to work in the US w/o sponsorship The purpose of this role is to carry out production support duties for various Credit and (Basel I)I Risk systems. The consultant will monitor and report on end-to-end system data flows and processing for completeness and timings, ensuring the correct capture of credit risk information and calculations within the credit and risk systems. Specific Knowledge and Skills needed: Experience of system support function from either user helpdesk or production support perspective MIS / Management Reporting experience Knowledge of Basel II is an advantage Knowledge of Credit rules and procedures is an advantage Ability to work with little supervision, pay close attention to detail Good analytical and problem solving skills
