Product management for sales compensation product line including enhancements and support. Product management for remote access users for sales, catering and WWSO including support, documentation and enhancement. User requests and defect prioritization for StarCite, CVENT, and MeetingBroker (Global Referral). Program management for assigned projects. Including Global Content, Global Referral, Associate Commission Program and Envision to Opera interface. Application support coordination and deployment communication.• Manage Sales technology enhancement pipeline • Product management for sales compensation pipeline• Product management for remote access users in Sales, catering and WWSO• User requests and defect prioritization for 3rd party RFP vendors • Program management for Global Content• Program management for Global Referral• Program management for Associate Commission Program• Manage application support ticket review and prioritization for Envision• Program management for Envision to Opera interface• Manage Application support ticket review and prioritization for Group Bill and EASExperience:• Minimum 4 years in non-retail computer related field• Prefer experience with CRM, Sales Technlogy solution development and deploymentComputer Skills Needed To Perform This Job:• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio• Desirable – Skills with business analytics tools and query buildingEducation:• Minimum bachelors degree in computer science or comparable• Prefer Master degree in computer science• No certification is requiredAdditional Requirements: • Ability to travel – possibly 10% of job. May also require limited International travel. Must have valid passport.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to develop conceptual technology solutions to identified business strategies• The nature of the position and need for networking with business leads requires that the position is located in ChicagoRequires that the position be able to work in both downtown and suburban locations as required by the assignment.
