Individual will report to the IT Director of Central Reservation & Distribution Systems, and partner with Customer’s functional and operations team members to define business requirements and assess solution options for ongoing software enhancements and larger, strategic project initiatives. Facilitate and lead the definition and prioritization of business requirements via workshops, interviews, surveys and meetings with functional leaders and solution partners. Act as a liaison between Customer’s business sponsors and the internal and external partners fulfilling the sponsor’s needs.Analyze the business objectives of the stakeholder and develop solutions to resolve their business issues.Serve as a trusted advisor to Customer’s Central Reservation System organization by developing fact-based technology and business process solution recommendations.
