(KPL) is seeking a Project Controls Reporting Manager. This role will interact with a diverse group of people within accounting, operations, business development and scheduling. Successful candidates must have leadership skills, a desire to challenge the status quo, drive process improvement and strong customer service. Qualified candidates must be able to make sound economic decisions, ensure incident prevention, drive predictable execution and achieve competitive results.   Responsibilities: Manage and lead enterprise reporting for daily, weekly and monthly reports. Manage and support cost reporting tools. Mentor / develop project administrators by sharing best practices, challenging status quo, and working to consolidate benchmarking data. Provide assistance with various other projects as needed   Work Experience, Skills, and Education Required: Six years of previous project analyst or cost analyst experience Demonstrated ability to solve problems using analytical and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Accounting knowledge Strong computer skills with the ability to work within all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access Demonstrated ability to seek out the best knowledge and ask questions Bachelor’s degree   Work Experience, Skills and Education Preferred: Four years of previous project controls experience   Other Considerations: Travel of up to 10%   We are an equal opportunity employer.
